I've always thought that free classified ads online was a great idea for a few reasons. For those of us that aren't tech savvy it is still easy for us to find the classifieds, even online, and find what we are looking for. It has been the classic way of promoting a product or services since newspapers were made. On the other side of one posting...it's free!
